Hotel Closure: A Message from the Team

It is with deepest regret that we announce that we have chosen to close our hotels until further notice, following the Government’s latest announcement.

This has been a tough, and somewhat regretful decision, but we naturally are guided to prioritise the health and wellbeing of our guests, staff and our broader community too.

We sincerely hope that this closure will be short-lived, and that we will all ultimately benefit from making smart and appropriate decisions in the here and now.

We now embark on contacting our individual guests, who have booked to stay or dine with us over the next few weeks. As you can appreciate, this may take some time, so please don’t worry if you do not hear from us immediately. We can reassure you that there is no need to contact us, and that we shall be in touch with you over the coming days to support you in re-arranging your plans.

Please visit our website or keep in touch with us via social media, as we shall continue to send out regular updates to you to keep you informed. If you have any questions surrounding this announcement, we’re here to help you. The best way to be in touch is to email us at info@robertparkercollection.co.uk

In the meantime, we’ll be working behind the scenes to ensure that when we do re-open, our hotel and team will be ready to extend a warm welcome, for you to fully relax and enjoy our beautiful home-from-home properties, and the pleasures of visiting some of the finest countryside locations across the North of Britain.

We are sending you and your families our very best wishes for your health and well-being, and look forward to seeing you again soon,

With best wishes,

The Team at The Robert Parker Hotel Collection
